A lack of homes for sale in Scarsdale continues to pose challenges for buyers and agents. As of February 28, there were only 40 new listings vs. 60 in 2022. Demand is high, homes are selling quickly and at premium prices. Homes in contract number 23 in 2023 vs. 30 at the same time last year.
