Scarsdale Home Sales by Neighborhood

How were home sales in 2023 distributed across our five elementary school districts? From the data, it appears that sales were relatively even – with a high of 46 in Quaker Ridge and a low of 34 in Greenacres. Commenting on the numbers, Jennifer Fischman of Houlihan Lawrence said, "We seem to sell houses at about the same rate in all 5 areas, with fewer in Greenacres and Edgewood, which makes sense since they are smaller areas."

And the prices? Fox Meadow came in with 45 sales at a media price of $2,675 ,000 with Greenacres the lowest of the five with a median price of $1,875,000.

In size, Heathcote had the largest homes with a median square footage of 4,643 in contrast to Edgewood with median square footage of 2,228.

Whatever the neighborhood, it is evident that the cost of moving to a home in Scarsdale has risen dramatically over the past few years.
