More Demolitions, Notable Homes on the Market and Sales

Two more homes may be headed for demolition. The agenda for the Committee on Historic Preservation for March 15, 2011 shows that there are applications to take down two additional Scarsdale homes. The first is located on a flag lot at 21 Morris Lane. The home was built in 1968 and is enclosed by a wrap around porch.
