Village Boards have another month of busy agendas this month, approving demolitions and plans for new homes. Despite a slowdown in the sale of luxury homes, builders continue to demolish and build in Scarsdale.

On March 9, the Committee for HIstoric Preservation will consider applications to knock down the following homes:

• 11 Continental Road built in 1950
• 6 Cambridge Road built in 1956
