Year to Date Home Sales Figures Plus Open Houses and Featured Listings

Another banner week for Scarsdale home sales, with 14 closings in all, three above $3 million and two above $2 million. Check out these big sales below.

Anne Moretti from Julia B. Sothebys reports that the gap in Scarsdale home sales between 2017 and 2018 is narrowing. As of July 31, 127 homes sold this year, compared to 146, at this time in 2017. That’s a decrease of just 13%. The median price this year is $1.550 mm as compared to $1,595mm in 2017 but the average sale price has risen from $1.822mm in 2017 to $1.869mm in 2018.
