On Sunday, September 29th, over 1,100 people gathered at White Plains High School to join in The Walk to End Alzheimer's. Several Scarsdale residents participated by walking in honor of a family member or by volunteering at different stations throughout the event. This was the largest and most successful walk event to date in Westchester, with donations now totaling more than $292,000.
