Snow Day Status

Here is the Scarsdale School District snow day status as of February 2, 2011. With the closing of schools today, the district has now used up all three snow days alloted on the academic schedule. According to School Superintendent Michael McGill, if more snow and ice require him to call off another day of school, the administration will need to decide when to make that day up. The spring vacation is now scheduled for the week of April 18, with school closed for just five days. Could the break be foreshortened? It’s anyone’s guess for now.
